Took my Jeep in for an AC fix, 5 days later my Jeep's AC is still Ice cold. Very pleased. Quick service too. I was told there was a leak in it prior, not sure what they did but I'd suspect if it did have a leak it'd have leaked out within 5 days time.

5 days later my ac in my Jeep is still ice cold even though previously I was advised it had an AC leak. Glad it’s working.

My wiring harness had been chewed on by a rat and I fully exexpected it to take several days but repairs were made Fast. Dougs Service Center came highly recommended and I can see why. Very Professional and cost of repairs cheaper than I anticipated.

Took my vehicle to Doug for a second opinion on what another garage said needed to be done and found out it wasnt all necessary and for less on what needed to be done.

I went to multiple shops to try and figure out the issues I was having with my car. Both of those shops diagnosed the issues wrong. I then learned one of the shops that diagnosed me wrong was creating fake Google reviews. The shop manager created fake profiles or paid for good reviews. I was so frustrated. From my experience every good review Doug's Auto has is real and definitely deserved. If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would. A friend told me to take my car to Doug's Auto. Doug's Auto took the day to take my car apart and find the real issue. They are extremely knowledgeable and respected my time. My car is finally fixed and drives so smooth. Finally found a new mechanic. I truly cannot thank this shop enough.
