I went to multiple shops to try and have my car issues diagnosed. Both shops diagnosed it wrong. Doug's Auto was the only shop that took the time to figure out the issue. I couldn't have asked for better service. They are very knowledgeable and respected my time. I'm so happy I finally found a reliable mechanic shop.

Doug and his team were able to take care of our emergency repair on the same day even though it was the day before the Memorial Holiday Weekend. Doug even found the part that was needed for our repair, in Topeka which was no easy task. He knew we were trying to leave town for the long weekend, and he is my hero for helping us keep our plans intact. We have been taking all of our family vehicles (5 in all) to Doug for several years. He is always helpful, works to find what the issue is, not just keep replacing parts hoping for a fix, and his rates are very reasonable. We will NOT go anywhere else!! THANKS DOUG
