Doug's service center was a nice change from the norm. My Ford Escape Limited is complicated to work on and very costly. Doug replaced my starter in half a day and for a reasonable price. He will be my go-to from now on.

Rather than just throw new parts at a problem, Doug took the time to determine what the issue was and with his years of experience, and good mechanical know how, no new parts were needed, and the problem was solved! You can't ask for better attention than that.

Happy with the thoroughness of the service

Really impressed with the service. Called 7 days ago and talked with someone at the office. She called me back to make sure she had all the information needed. Later a mechanic called to explore how best to serve me. Dropped the car off as agreed. Got a call back in less than an hour. Car is fixed. Final bill was about a third the quote another shop gave. Thank you , thank you, thank you..
