Got my car in, Diagnosed, and fixed all in a days work! Very happy with my experience I’ll recommend them to all my friends

I moved here last year and always traveled back to my car guys 2 1/2 hours away. But when my truck started acting up....the locks wouldn't unlock (that was the first test!) but they got them both working....I was elated. Then my truck was chugging, had no idea but I had it towed to Doug's....bad spark plug wires...had my truck going again. So then instead of driving 2 1/2 hours for a oil change I called Doug PLUS I had a few other issues(left turn signal wouldn't work, electric window on passenger side would SOMETIMES go up when I rolled it down for my pup!) He had to order the window part but had me running again. Now Doug's service center is my go-to-guy and saves on the 2 1/2 hour trip. Thanks Doug and the mechanics. They are great!

Great Service, I highly recommend for repairing your vehicle. I appreciated the service especially since I live out of town and I wasn’t sure who to take my vehicle too. Dougs was easy access, prices good and they really took care of me while my car was being worked on. This assistance was above and beyond what I expected. Moving from Colorado to Florida, my ac condensate drain line was plugged. Easy enough to fix, just needed to get it on a lift. Although Doug had a full schedule the next morning; he made sure to see me as soon as he opened; and we were back on the road in no time. You can tell Doug really cares about the safety and comfort of his customers. Thank you Doug for going out of your way for us! It’s good to know there’s businesses that still put their customers first. 10/10 would recommend every time!

As always, I took my car in for an oil change and entrusted it to Doug and Jacob. I have discussing ways to deal with an oil leak with Doug and he suggested an additive which appears to be working. I can drive on confidently in my Kia with over 203,000 miles. I appreciate the counsel and work of the team at Doug’s Service.

Along with being professionals, they are truly trustworthy. The only place I've been to that wouldn't do my requested brake job without telling me the brakes were good for a couple more years. I truly recommend this place.
