Had an electrical malfunction in the low-beam headlight of my Mini Cooper. Doug's isolated that it was a diode problem in the electronics and repaired it quickly. I was impressed and very pleased with the outstanding service.

Doug did a great job. We called Doug per a recommendation from a friend. My son had decided to drive his 2005 Camry back to his job in Washington DC. We asked Doug to look it over to make sure it was ready for the two-day trip. He worked my son’s car into a busy schedule and stayed late Friday night to finish it. His prices are fair and he didn’t try to fix things that didn’t need fixing. Will be taking all our car repairs to him in the future

Very happy with the service from Doug's. Doug's just replaced the rear main seal stopping an oil leak. I was so tried of my 21 year old Jeep marking it's territory. This is my second time using Doug's. Daily driving a 21 year old Jeep I know it won't be my last, at least I found someone I trust. Thanks Doug's service Center.

I am a new customer, having been referred by the Goodyear Tire Store down the street. Going into the appointment, I was apprehensive about the diagnosis of my oil leak. However, after some checking, Doug suggested that we try an approach which MAY solve the problem. My car has almost 200K miles so I understand what I am potentially facing, even though I have consistently maintained the car (oil changes etc). I appreciate Doug’s honesty in discussing what may or may not work. If it does, great! If not, I know we did not everything possible to extend the life of the car. In any case, Doug was honest with me and I value honesty above everything.
