Honest, reliable and friendly

I started using Doug’s Service Center in the spring of 2019 and plan to stay with them from now on. The staff is friendly with great communication and the job gets done right the first time.

Doug's Service Center treated me extremely fairly and treated me as family. I contacted them to fix an oil leak in the timing chain area, as I was told by another business that was needed, but Doug's checked it out first and informed me that there was not a leak there. They cleaned everything up and put a dye in the oil to see where the leak was, and when I returned, they could not find a leak and save me approximately $900. When I was going home, steam blew out of my hood and the temperature rose in my vehicle. I returned and they worked me in immediately and found a clamp missing on a hose, fixed it immediately and I was on my way home quickly. Superb service and customer service!!!!!
