Doug’s was a very friendly and very helpful business for me. I was visiting family in Topeka and started having issues with my AC. Jessica got my car in the next day to work on. They have great communication with customers explaining repairs and reasonable prices. I would use them again for any cars issues again when I’m in Topeka. I highly recommend Doug’s.

Doug's is the best! I've been going there for over 15 years. His prices are more than fair, and you can't beat there service. 2 stories...I started using Doug's becauce I was a bartender at Michelle's Lounge at the Holidome, and my Chevy Silverado always had distributor issues. One of the mechanics would walk over to go through what needed to be done, since I was right there, and couldn't chat on the phone. 2nd...I was having engine troubles with my Sentra, and my ex took it somewhere else. They charged me a lot, but didn't fux the problem. I took it to Doug's. Within the hour he calked me. Told me I needed to come take it to the dealership, because it needed a new engine and was still under warrenty.

I was in Topeka visiting family when the AC on my car quit working. I called Doug’s and they got my car in the next day. Jessica was very knowledgeable and upfront with costs in repairing my car. I would highly recommend them for their friendly service and reasonable prices in repairing your vehicle.

They are honest and friendly. They only fix what needs to be fixed, and always call with a quote before they do the work.
